My Practice
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with a diverse range of clients facing challenges with mental health symptoms and issues related to work, relationships, and transitions. My graduate studies and clinical experiences equipped me with a strong foundation in trauma treatment. I recognize the difficulties involved in managing mental health symptoms. Therefore, my goal is to establish a supportive and empathetic environment to assess, diagnose, and assist adults experiencing mental health problems through psychotherapy. I customize my approach, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or psychodynamic therapy to meet the specific needs of each client.
Client Experience
My approach focuses on collaborating closely with my clients to assist them in addressing the fundamental causes of their difficulties. My objective is to empower them with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to independently navigate similar situations in the future.
Many clients express their appreciation for the warmth, understanding, and expertise I bring to our work together. I sincerely enjoy my work, and I'm determined to give each and every one of my clients the same encouraging experience.
