We work with Headway, a third-party business partner that helps us manage insurance billing. Through Headway, we’re able to accept many major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare. They handle all of the administrative aspects—verifying your benefits, processing claims, and making the experience smoother for both you and us. You can speak with our office administrator to confirm that we take your specific insurance.
We’ve partnered with Headway because we believe that accessible care shouldn’t come with extra hurdles, and working with them allows us to focus more on your care while they handle the logistics of insurance.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Account cards for payment.
Once your appointment is scheduled, it is reserved for you. Therefore, we request that you notify us 24 hours in advance of a cancellation. Appointments that are not cancelled in advance will require payment of the full cost of the session.
